RCMC means Registration Cum Membership Certificate. This is a certificate which authenticates that an exporter dealing with certain products is registered with a certain agency/organization authorized by the Government of India.

After the end of 5 years, you need to renew your certificate.

It is only a license permitting the export of goods. Therefore, no return is required to be filed under APEDA License
